Our high-altitude microclimate distinguishes us as the KING OF THE BLUE MOUNTAIN, naturally creating coffee with unmatched, refined flavor. By day, the orchard basks in sunlight, while low-hanging clouds and an ever-present mist provide natural shade.
When the coffee berries reach peak ripeness, they’re carefully hand-picked, pulped, and washed in pure spring water. Next, they’re placed on raised trays and gently turned by hand as they sun-dry.
Our coffee, a premium, specialty, single estate, farm-to-cup brand, is 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee. The experience starts with an intoxicating aroma, delicious taste, deep, rich flavor, floral tones, clean balance, smooth/silky mouthfeel, and a chocolaty aftertaste.
For the first two decades, we supplied cherry coffee to exporters. In 2013, NAKASHKA COFFEE COMPANY LIMITED was licensed to export and process Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee, distributing green and roasted beans locally and internationally.
Our current emphasis is on further development of our brand image and reach. We are advancing in planning and executing our strategy for the next decade - vertical integration, building our premium, specialty brand legacy, succession planning, and sustainability. As we increase our footprint in the world of coffee, we say:
